The situation we were in was extremely tough- the seller tried backing out during the contract period and he was horribly difficult in all transactions. She was amazing and stayed on top of all details! She helped guide us through the whole sale including dealing with the seller. Overall she was extremely wonderful and I would HIGHLY recommend her!!! She was recommended from our broker that we were using in Montana.
