She always responded to calls either immediately or within very short time periods when she was in a meeting. We thought the sales advice regarding the offer acid counter offer process was central to arriving at a successful sale of the property. The video for internet presentation of the property was the result of Lixin's understanding of how to best present the property to potential buyers.
