She was experienced and extremely knowledgeable and had a ton of expertise in the community Saddlebrook. Liz was able to get an offer within 30 days and we closed in 4 weeks on our condo. Overall it was a great experience working with Liz! I would definitely recommend her as a realtor for both buying and selling within Saddlebrook! Her expertise cannot be matched!

She got my asking price with quick negotiation.She pointed out everything to be aware of and how to deal with it.Liz was very professional and super kind.She took the time to explain things to me multiple times if needed.The actual closing was not very pleasant because of the other agent. Liz stuck to her guns and with a difficult agent ,got things done the proper way with me feeling very well taken care of. I knew she had my back the whole time and stood up strongly for my rights. If I were to ever move again(I hope not) I would not hesitate to have Liz as my agent.Liz even found me my dream place when it wasn't even on the market yet.What more can I say.
