Buyer reviewI was new to Southwest Michigan and looking for an investment property. She knew the area, she new the properties that were on the market and that were likely to sometime soon. She gave me a lot of confidence in evaluating options. Once I decided on the property I wanted she helped me to navigate a challenging process. I was using a 1031 Exchange and buying a vacation rental property that required commercial financing, so there were several areas that were new to me. She was always there with advice and counsel, as well as a few steps ahead on things I hadn't thought of yet. I will be working with Liz whenever possible, and highly recommend her to anyone else buying or selling in this SW Michigan market.
