She set a time to show us the property and that was the first time we met her. She immediately made us feel at ease and made a point to find out what we looking for in a home. We had lived in our previous home for 40 years so we weren't familiar with the intricacies of home buying. Elizabeth walked us through the various steps and made a point to answer our many questions in a timely manner. She was excellent in communicating with us and throughout the process we felt that she was looking out for our best interests.
