Seller reviewLiz did an excellent job of making sure that my home was ready to list and secured an outstanding photographer that produced photos that made my property stand out from the others. This was clearly effective as we got an above list cash offer in four days! Amazing too because my home was located in a small rural town. She was also able to faciltate a simultaneous closing on the sale and the new home I purchased out of state. All within 30 days. It was a whirlwind but went through without a hitch. Liz' experience and professionalism makes her an excellent real estate representative and highly recommend her to others.
