She also seemed like the type of realtor that would give our home the same amount of attention as a much more higher valued home. We appreciated her honesty when discussing terms and prices and her advise was usually backed by a statement of past experience in a similar situation. We never had a moment where a text message or phone call was not returned promptly by Lori Kascak. She made herself available to us for questions and concerns on weekends and other times that other realtors might have ignored. We were under contract with a buyer in a matter of a few days. Since I had never sold property before it was pretty intimidating on what to do during the price negotiation. Lori Kascak was very helpful in telling me all my options and keeping me from becoming overly stressed.
