Buyer reviewLori was a superb find/connection. I was challenged with needing to relocate to Connecticut from California and Lori was on point from the beginning. I presented a price challenge during a sellers market and she was super helpful in guiding my expectations. Finally i found a place that fit me and she knew the sellers agent and how to present the offer and it was accepted on the first try. 30 days to close and I was in my new place. Seller reviewLori listened to my concerns about selling the property from my Aunt's Estate quickly. She had seen homes by the builder of this house before and made some helpful suggestions for getting it ready for showing. She recommended a local contractor who did a tremendous amount of work to make the long neglected house more appealing to a potential buyer. During the period of showings, I was away on a business trip but Lori was able to communicate often while not being intrusive. I would highly recommend Lori Kroh for any real estate transactions.
