She made selling our century old home as easy as possible by making sure we heard from her regularly and prepping us for what to expect. I really appreciated her honesty and persistence. Louise helped us stay abreast of all the issues the buyer was facing and did her best under the circumstances of the pandemic! Louise was very responsive to our questions and any concerns about the house. She was very resourceful when the buyer encountered barriers from the bank. Louise did her best to help ensure the sale progressed as fast as possible. For most of the house sale, we were long distance as I had already moved out of the state. Throughout dufficult negotiations with the buyer, Louise remained steadfast and loyally protected our interests. She had the flexibility to be firm or friendly, as the situation required.
