Buyer reviewLouise ALWAYS treated me with utmost respect and NEVER wavered in her dedication to me. I have to admit I was one hard customer (she worked hard for her commission, lol). I tended to get angry, yell at the drop of a hat and not follow protocol. Louise always kept her cool friendly demeanor. She always listened to all my concerns and frustrations.
