Seller reviewThe agent has to be knowledgeable and more importantly, accessible so that thing are done in a timely fashion. Goes above and beyond to get what Ive needed in a timely fashion There was a lady at your office that i originally worked with I believe her name was Mary Lou she recommended Mackenzie when she left your agency. The work, effort and attitude she displayed is the strongest reason I took her advise and worked with Mackenzie in the first place. i always wanted to thank her but lost her number when my old phone broke. We set a higher sales price with back up plan to lower price to insure a quick sale. We got full asking price with some give back to buyer avoiding having to lower price or wait longer to find a buyer.

Buyer reviewThe professionalism in which Mackenzie Hoffer handled our (first time)home buying experience was excellent. We saw an array of potential homes and she always gave us food for thought on items we wouldn't think about, have considered and things to look out for that would be important features or potential problems. She was also fierce and knowledgeable in the negotiations and kept things real instead of making ridiculous offers/counter offers. We had a few bumps along our way but she took care of them with ease. Mackenzie was beyond patient with us. We saw a lot of properties throughout AA co, Baltimore City and county at all times and days of the week. She even made her self available and communicated while she was abroad! Always communicated what to expect or things we didn't understand and was so quick in getting documents to us and not afraid to ask questions or updates from the involved parties. Overall positive experience and I highly recommend Mackenzie Hoffer and team.
