I have worn many hats throughout my real estate career. Most recently, I have served as the assistant manager of the 96th Street office, where I helped agents learn real estate best practices and processes. Recently, I have decided to return to full-time real estate, which allows me more flexibility and time to spend with my family.I love people and am extremely detail oriented which enables me to ensure a smooth closing for my clients. I will take the stress out of the moving process by assisting my clients and anticipating their needs.Serving my local community is something I truly enjoy doing. Within CENTURY 21 Scheetz, I have served as President of the Scheetz Foundation aimed at assisting people who are facing immediate crisis. I also participate in multiple organizations. I am Vice President of Team Monon, and a member of the Carmel Police Citizens Association in addition to serving at my local church, Grace, and Habitat for Humanity.When not at work, I love to spend time with my two boys, Brock and Blair. I am also an avid sports enthusiast and enjoy cycling, running, and swimming.

Seller reviewMarcie was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. I bought a house sight unseen in Carmel, IN but had to turn around and sell it for work reasons a year later. She absolutely impressed me with her market knowledge and was willing to have open houses and actually put in the work to facilitate the sale of the property. On top of it, we were out of state for about half the time the place was on the market and it was winter time and she made sure to check on the home and deal with buyers and showings very well and helped make the sale very smooth when we had to respond to an offer and we had to perform some updates to the home prior to the sale. After having to buy and sell homes the last 20 years, Marcie stood out to be the best and most trustworthy realtor I ever had. Thank you!

Buyer reviewWorking with Marcie was wonderful! We started looking a homes for sale and Marcie was so helpful and gave her honest opinions. Eventually we decided to go with a new build. Marcie still helped as much as possible, attended meetings, and helped with selections. As a first time home buyer, I didn't know how to navigate a lot of things or which choices would be best, but she helped every step of the way. Marcie is the best and I'd definitely recommend her to anyone.

Buyer reviewMarcie is able to listen and observe to what is important for the buyer, as it relates to location, layout and funtion of the property. She doesent waste ones time with properties that are not vetted on some level. Within a few showings she knew what we were looking for in a property and came up with viable options. In the negotiation process Marcie was fair for both the buyer and the seller stand point which is critical that all parties be treated reasonable. One cant go wrong with Marcie, she is professonal & knowledgable, resulting in a painless of a realestate transaction as possible. Certainly a great choice for anyone requesting the services of a Realestate Profesional.
