I have worn many hats throughout my real estate career. Most recently, I have served as the assistant manager of the 96th Street office, where I helped agents learn real estate best practices and processes. Recently, I have decided to return to full-time real estate, which allows me more flexibility and time to spend with my family.I love people and am extremely detail oriented which enables me to ensure a smooth closing for my clients. I will take the stress out of the moving process by assisting my clients and anticipating their needs.Serving my local community is something I truly enjoy doing. Within CENTURY 21 Scheetz, I have served as President of the Scheetz Foundation aimed at assisting people who are facing immediate crisis. I also participate in multiple organizations. I am Vice President of Team Monon, and a member of the Carmel Police Citizens Association in addition to serving at my local church, Grace, and Habitat for Humanity.When not at work, I love to spend time with my two boys, Brock and Blair. I am also an avid sports enthusiast and enjoy cycling, running, and swimming.

Buyer reviewWe viewed several properties during our search and met all the showing agents at those homes. When we met Marcie at one of her showings we could just tell, based on experiences with lesser agents, she simply knew her stuff. This was not her side-gig. Marcie is experienced, knowledgable, cheery, professional, and has a sincere desire to help her clients. It was her knowledge and confidence that led us to ask her if she'd be willing to work with us. Our search was just beginning, but at some point later it kicked into high gear. She helped us in ways we could never have predicted, and made it possible for us to meet our accelerated timeline. Having Marcie on our team was an incredibile relief. She knew all the things we didn't and guided us thru the process. She's seen and conquered it all before. There needs to be a rating of "Beyond Excellent" for Marcie Knafel. She should be training the next generation of realtors. Problem is - she's so good at it, when would she ever have time to teach? We plan to call her if/when we sell the home we just bought. We can't thank you enough Marcie for your knowledge and experience, and for the success in this process you helped us achieve.

Seller reviewMarcie is a friend of myself and my wife. However, the main reason we went with Marcie as our agent was the fact she is well known and certainly is a successful and very competent. effortless on our part due to Marcie's leading us through the pre closing steps. perfect. We know the buyer was happy as well as us with the transaction. Marcie's follow up and staying on top of all areas from contract to closing was outstanding.

Buyer reviewI work in a hosptial and talked to a patients friend who is the owner of ERA in Evansville and she wanted to find us a real estate agent. She quickly found Marcie and relayed her information to me and said she should do a great job & to let her know! I trusted her and we trusted Marcie! Marcie had vast knowledge regarding inspection and structure of a home. She also knew the area very well. She showed us the appropriate things a home should have and things that pose a red flag. She educated us on many things we were unsure about which was a lot considering this was our first home! We loved Marcie!! Marcie was very calm and patient with us as first time, young home buyers. She answered all our questions in ways we could understand. She explained things to us that we didn't even bother asking about, and those things were just as important. Marcie made us want to learn and be more into the home buying process. We cannot thank her enough for her continued support throughout the entire process. She made us grow as individuals but more importantly as a couple. We absolutely loved learning about the process of buying a home but now owning a home. We would have never gotten to this point without Marcie's passion for helping others. We highly recommend her & would chose her a million times over!!
