I have worn many hats throughout my real estate career. Most recently, I have served as the assistant manager of the 96th Street office, where I helped agents learn real estate best practices and processes. Recently, I have decided to return to full-time real estate, which allows me more flexibility and time to spend with my family.I love people and am extremely detail oriented which enables me to ensure a smooth closing for my clients. I will take the stress out of the moving process by assisting my clients and anticipating their needs.Serving my local community is something I truly enjoy doing. Within CENTURY 21 Scheetz, I have served as President of the Scheetz Foundation aimed at assisting people who are facing immediate crisis. I also participate in multiple organizations. I am Vice President of Team Monon, and a member of the Carmel Police Citizens Association in addition to serving at my local church, Grace, and Habitat for Humanity.When not at work, I love to spend time with my two boys, Brock and Blair. I am also an avid sports enthusiast and enjoy cycling, running, and swimming.

She was here when the pictures were taken and insured that all aspects of the pictures were corrected in the best possible lighting was obtained to showcase my home. She provided negotiating strategies prior to putting the house on the market that allowed for maximum price achievability within the timeframe I need it in order to purchase my other home. Marcie also assisted in the purchase of my new home. She stayed with me through difficult moments with the builder who at times was overlooking the quality that I expected from my home. Marcie stepped in to assist and conveying my thoughts and expectations to the builder and others that we're instrumental in the process. Marcie's happy disposition was a positive light throughout the whole experience.

Buyer reviewAs first-time home buyers, we had no idea what to expect or what we were getting into when we decided we wanted to purchase a home. Marcie made the process super simple and guided us through every aspect of the process. Marcie sacrificed an entire weekend and took us to 6 different house in a day and when we found the one we wanted, she walked us through what was needed for the offer and we actually got the first house we put an offer in for. After the house search was complete, she continued to guide us in the next steps and made sure everything was taken care of prior to the closing. Even the days following the closing, she still checked in to make sure the moving was going well and just showed that she genuinely cared about our happiness.

After only a 30 minute phone interview session, Marcie began to send me available homes that matched my complex requirements with 99% of the homes becoming candidates and favourites on my list to see. No other agent was able to do that for me. Marcie is one of the BEST agents with whom I have had the privilege to work. She has an attention to detail that is stunning and her organization in a world that borders on chaos gave me great comfort that I was in very good and capable hands during this very stressful relocation. Marcy is kind and very thorough and I could not have made it through this relocation without her capable guidance and assistance. She also helped me with scheduling house cleaning services, handyman for some work I needed completed immediately after closing and overall coordination of many moving parts. She willing gave of her valuable time during a 2-day relocation house search where we visited 14 homes. She threw herself into removing roadblocks to the house deal and other coordination activities, such as Home Inspections and other necessary activities to which I could not attend since I lived out-of-state. She took care of so many things that was way out of the realms of her responsibility because she truly cares about people. I am SO glad that we connected.
