I have worn many hats throughout my real estate career. Most recently, I have served as the assistant manager of the 96th Street office, where I helped agents learn real estate best practices and processes. Recently, I have decided to return to full-time real estate, which allows me more flexibility and time to spend with my family.I love people and am extremely detail oriented which enables me to ensure a smooth closing for my clients. I will take the stress out of the moving process by assisting my clients and anticipating their needs.Serving my local community is something I truly enjoy doing. Within CENTURY 21 Scheetz, I have served as President of the Scheetz Foundation aimed at assisting people who are facing immediate crisis. I also participate in multiple organizations. I am Vice President of Team Monon, and a member of the Carmel Police Citizens Association in addition to serving at my local church, Grace, and Habitat for Humanity.When not at work, I love to spend time with my two boys, Brock and Blair. I am also an avid sports enthusiast and enjoy cycling, running, and swimming.

Buyer reviewMarcie from the very beginning was interested in my needs and started the journey with me in a caring way not rushing me into any decisions. I told her that this could take 2 Years and she understands. As a friend I'd a friend I knew I could trust her. She had an understanding of the area I wanted and made contacts and even went door to door to inquire of anyone selling. When I found the house I liked she kept me on target and had my interest always in mind. Great communication and devotion.

Seller reviewMarcie Knafel was recommended to me by my daughter who knew her on a personal level, but her professionalism during our first meeting and subsequent meetings was perfect. She was very sensitive to the circumstances as we were selling my parents home after my mother passed away. She guided and encouraged me while I was getting the house ready, and stayed in constant touch. She staged the house beautifully, including a little basket of paper booties to protect the beige carpet during showings. Marcie's communications after offers were made were clear and concise. She helped me tremendously during the in-between times after the sale was made and before, during and after the closing making sure I had all the paperwork I needed and everyone involved was on the same page. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience.
