Buyer reviewMargie and Carolyn were very helpful in finding us our first storehouse in a crazy market, during Covid. They are knowledgeable to the area and helped us tremendously by previewing the homes as soon as they came on the market. This was especially helpful given our distance and the fast paced shore market. They were always extremely willing to do whatever they could to save us time and extra travel. Even after closing they have remained available and in contact with us to report on the market, answer questions, give contractor referrals or just say "hello". I would definitely recommend Margie and Carolyn over any of the other more widely used agencies at the shore. They will surely make you a priority!

Seller reviewMargie West helped me sell my house and buy another. She was patient during a stressful time. She was organized during the entire process and treated me like I was her only priority. I was always able to get in contact with her. She build relationships with the other agents where I was able to gain answers quickly instead of going through the lawyers during the process. Margie always kept me informed on offers and gave me advice when we found a roadblock during the process, but it was, ultimately, my decision. I would recommend Margie as a fantastic realtor. I would use Margie again, but she already found me my forever home!
