Seller reviewI had Placed a For sale by owner sign during the summer in front of the house to see if I could attract a buyer. There was little activity. Maria saw my sign and called me and gave me suggestions and kept in touch. In February 2018 I decided to list the house with Maria & Stephan From Century 21. And I'm Happy to say within 9 weeks it closed April 26th. Maria & Stephan made the process of the sale of our home go smoothly. They were available to answer my questions and concerns. Maria went above and beyond to make the process of selling my house much easier than I thought possible. It was like working with a family member.
