Seller reviewWe were not fans of realtors, having had poor experiences, however Maria changed that opinion. Our house went on the market in May and we closed mid August, due to Maria's diligence in keeping the listing "fresh." There isn't a single negative thing we have to say about the whole experience. If we ever sell again or consider buying, we will absolutely use Maria. Her skills supersede excellent.

She knew things to look for, things to keep track of, was a middle man in important conversations and always was available for questions my husband and I both had. She was very personable and a great sense of humor. This was our first home buying process for both my husband and I and she made sure to give us a welcome basket and her famous bread and sweet treats just as a way of being generous. Maria was there at walk throughs, blue taping, signing and made every piece of the puzzle slide in smoothly. There aren't enough good things to say about Mrs.Maria but what I can say is, anyone would be lucky to have her as their realtor. We sure lucked out with her.
