Maria Sauro Moore is the best real estate agent I have ever known. Maria helped me sell two and buy two properties in the past 9 years and she has always looked out for my best interests. And she is extremely knowledgeable in her field. While Maria looks out for her clients best interests, she is also very considerate of both sides of the transaction. She is fair to all parties. She has integrity and patience and talent. Maria gave me all the attention I needed. She was open for communication any time I had a question via phone call, or email, or text message. She never keeps a client waiting! She makes me feel like I am the most important client in the whole world.

I first met Maria Sauro Moore two years ago when I came to Pittsburgh to visit my daughter and house hunt. She looked out for me. When she showed houses to me, she pointed out things that I would not have noticed. I wasn't ready to commit at that time because I had elderly dogs, so I stopped looking for about a year. A few months ago I contacted her and asked her to start sending me listings and work with me again. She's a wonderful agent. I'm so glad I had the pleasure of working with her. She took care of everything as far as contacting an inspector, taking care of paperwork, giving me a closing estimate, etc., as well as doing these things in a timely manner. She was always there for me! I did not see my house (other than online) until after I bought it, because I lived in California (the state). This is how much I trusted Maria. She and my daughter went to see the house after I told Maria that I had seen her listing online and liked what I saw. I was very happy with how Maria negotiated the price. I left that entirely up to Maria, because she's had so much experience. As I mentioned before, she's handled everything wonderfully and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Maria to anyone looking for the perfect house.

This was my first time buying a home and everything was new to me. Maria was a great help explaining and showing me the way all through the process.
