Marianne worked over and above to help me through complicated 1031 purchases, procuring for me some really good properties and for great prices all within and in less time than our time constraints. I would highly recommend her for your business. She helped me navigate some upsets and bumps in the road and kept me sane through the process. I would hire her again in a second. I am very happy with my purchases and the speed with which Marianne was able to get the sales completed.

Buyer reviewWe were on vacation, and saw a real estate magazine. We had always wanted a cabin of our own. We called Marianne and told her our price range and that it must have a lake membership. Within a day, she was showing us cabins that fit our request. We found one that day, and put an offer in. Since we live out of town, Marianne handled everything for us. We closed escrow exactly one month later. Marianne made the whole process very easy and smooth. She is still helping and has definitely gone above and beyond my expectations.
