Marie graduated High School in Hudson, attended Pasco-Hernando Community College graduating with a AA degree in Business Accounting, than attended the University of South Florida majoring in Marketing. As a single parent, Marie raised her daughter in Hudson while working in various aspects of the construction and restaurant industries. Marie's background includes customer service, management, marketing and accounting.
Marie now lives in Spring Hill and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Marie has been selling real estate in Hernando, Pasco and Citrus Counties since 2003. She began her career in real estate in 2003 as a licensed REALTOR®, but didn't stop there. Her commitment to education and perfecting her craft drove her to obtain her GRI (Graduate Realtor® Institute) Designation in 2004, her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Designation in 2005, her Brokers license in 2006, and then her Instructor license in 2007.
Marie is a member of the Hernando County Association of REALTORS®, West Pasco Board of REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. She is also a Notary Public/Notary Signing Agent which requires yearly background checks and continuing education.
Marie was born in Brooklyn, NY, moved to Margate, FL in 1969. In 1976, she relocated to the Pasco-Hernando area. Before she began her career in real estate, Marie graduated from PHSC (Pasco-Hernando State College) in 1998 and earned her degree in Accounting and Business Management. She then went on to major in Business Management and Marketing at USF (University of South Florida).

Buyer reviewShe went above and beyond working with me while my home was being marketed in another state. She kept sending information about houses that I may be interested in via email and when I came to Florida we spent many hours visiting available houses until we found my new home.. Thank you for all your hard work and expertise. Marie kept me informed on all details of the closing and helped me with all of the closing paperwork even doing the closing with the title company in their parking lot because of the covid 19 as no one was allowed inside the building. Now that's a dedicated agent and my new friend.

Seller review"Timely Communications" : If there was a rating higher than "excellent", I would give it to her...ALWAYS very responsive! We had our property previously listed with other companies who in my opinion, did very little to market it!! Our property was not of high value so apparently not much effort was put into selling it... where as Marie was always on it....she actually did the job she was contracted to do....how can one ask for anything more! If I were to sell or buy property in that area again, I would SPECIFICALLY ask for Marie McLaughlin!
