Marilou Wong was instrumental in the entire process of buying my first condo. What I wanted from a real estate agent was accessibility, trustworthiness, and knowledge, Marilou has exceeded my expectations on all of them. I felt that my questions were always answered in a timely manner, sometimes faster than I expected, she was very patient in explaining the process/answer my questions. I did not once feel pressured to do something I'm not comfortable with. Marilou even went above and beyond to look out for me and suggested great questions that I should ask the seller. Overall as a first timer buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better agent and I would 100% recommend Marilou for buyers!

I called Marilou Wong to help us in search of a new home. She is very knowledgeable and understood our needs and told me she would have a list of several places to see. To my surprise, she was calling me from Paris while she was on vacation. I told her it could wait til she got back in a few days but she did her research and sent me the list right away. She told me if we find a place we really like, do not wait. We should act on it immediately before we lose the opportunity. Marilou was always quick to respond and her advice was always so very helpful. We had a great experience dealing with Marilou Wong. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and timely correspondence was much appreciated. She really put us at ease in what typically is a stressful time. Knowing that we were over an hour away, she made sure she was available for inspections and other follow ups. She was also quick to respond when we needed recommendations for flooring and cabinets and we couldn't be happier with her suggestions. She was with us through the whole process and even followed up after our closing to see how we were doing. I would highly recommend Marilou Wong to family and friends!!!
