Seller reviewMarilyn is truly a real estate angel. She sold my 2nd probate property that was tenant-occupied with renters who were not paying rent or cooperating. Despite this, she navigated everything with expertise, saving me the stress and cost of an eviction. I am incredibly grateful my attorney referred me to her. She orchestrated the process seamlessly, she arranged trash removal, cleaning, photos, document signings, and so much more...and remotely too. She had the house posted and sold within a month and for an extremely fair price considering the condition. She was so on top of everything, all I had to do was give the "okay" and it was done. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to sell due to probate or otherwise. She will definitely do right by you.
