Buyer reviewI started out on my home search by shopping for houses on Realtor.com. I found a house I liked, and contacted the listing agent to view it. The listing agent wasn't available that week, but she asked Marisol to show us the house. I wasn't impressed with the house, but i was impressed with Marisol! We mentioned another house that we were interested in, and she immediately told us that there were some major issues with the house that wouldn't have shown up from a casual walk through. I looked at close to two dozen houses before finding a freshly listed house that I loved. I immediately put in an offer, and they accepted, but the closing date was only 27 days away! I was in a major time crunch, and Marisol made the whole process as painless as it could possibly be. Even now after closing, I had an issue where the seller hadn't given us some keys. I emailed Marisol and she still facilitated communications so we could get into the rooms that were locked. I highly recommend Marisol if you're looking to buy or sell a house in the Nacogdoches/Lufkin area.

Buyer reviewWe did not choose Century 21 Cota Realty. The property we were interested in was listed with them and that's why we contacted them. We choose to search for properties through the Internet (Zillow and Trulia), find a property we like, drive by and see if the location is also a plus and then we contact the listing realtor. I have dealt with many realtors over the years and Marisol is one of the best. She handled everything regarding this experience in a professional and timely manner. She was always ready to get an answer when we had a question. I would recommend Marisol Rojo to anyone who is interested in either buying or selling a home. She makes the process so easy and less stressful.
