Every thing I stated in describing my experience with Century 21 applies to Majorie Warren.

Marjorie Warren is so down to earth and kind. She made buying a house so special!

As first time homebuyers, we had no clue about the process and everything else it entails. Majorie Warren walked us through everything. She recommended a mortgage broker who was able to get us approved for more financing than we were previously told by others. She was available to answer any questions we had and would answer phone calls, emails, and texts right away. She is an amazing negotiator, and was able to have the seller pay closing costs and get us a home warranty. When an issue arose that could hinder FHA financing, Majorie got the seller to repair it on a sold "as is" property. She looked out for our best interests. She helped us find and purchase our first home and went above and beyond all of our expectations. We had previously met a few other realtors, but decided to go with Majorie because she is a genuine person who deeply cares for her clients. She was recommended to us by a friend, and we will definitely be recommending her to others. Thank you Majorie for all that you've done for us, and helping make our dream home a reality!
