Buyer reviewMark was very professional, trustworthy, hardworking, and great to work with. He understood all of my needs and what I was looking for and stayed very patient with me when looking for the right home. He worked very hard around the clock to get the best deal for me and to help me get the information and everything submitted for the mortgage. Will be recommending Mark to family and friends and will be working with him in the future.

Buyer reviewMark, overall, is everything a realtor should be. Down to earth, professional, knowledgeable, and blunt when he needs to be if there's any red flags about any listings or properties. Despite not having any experience with other realtors I've heard some come off as "salesmen". No one wants a car salesmen who is selling homes. That wasn't the case with Mark. You tell him what you're wanting, and he's constantly looking for exactly what you want for a home. I would definitely recommend him to others, as well as work with him if we ever decide to look for another home.

Buyer reviewMark was extremely helpful in every aspect every step of the way and went above and beyond. From driving us around all sides of San Antonio looking at 7-8 homes a day. To explaining the steps as we went along the process and communicating with the lender and title company as needed since we were first time home buyers and were new to everything. I can't think of any way Mark could of done a better job as our realtor. I would recommend Mark to anyone in the San Antonio area looking to buy a home.

Buyer reviewMark was very patient with us. Our first outing was to get a general feel for Comal county. We then narrowed our search to the City of New Braunfels. We ended up looking several weekends before select the perfect home for us. Mark took our feedback and targeted properties within our requirements and just outside of our parameters. After finding our perfect home, Mark helped with pricing, negotiating, and inspection. He offered a very turnkey experience. Thank you again for all the help!

Seller reviewMark was truly remarkable during our home selling process. This was the 4th real estate transaction in the past 18 months Mark helped us with. His repeated professionalism and his attention to the detail made our decision very easy in selecting him personally. He promptly answered calls or emails, keeping us informed about every development and status update between the Buyer's agent and us as the Sellers. You never know what you will run into during a real estate transaction but Mark made it so smooth for us, even though we know he had to really work on a lot of detail with multiple follow-ups with various people, department, banks, HOA etc. He really took on the work keeping us up to date on status every step of the process.
