Buyer reviewWith this being our first home buying process, Mark File made sure that we got what we needed and even got us things we didn't even know we needed. We have been in contact with many agents over the years, and I can truly say that he is by far the best agent. He advocated for us like no other and the consistency and persistence is the characteristics that really stuck out to me the most. This was by far the easiest process we have ever been through given how tedious and detailed it takes to get though it all; however, Mark made the process smooth and answered all of our questions. His communication skills exceeded our expectations, and we never had to wonder what came next because he was always 2 steps ahead.

Buyer reviewIt was bitter sweet once Mark helped my husband and I find our dream home. It was really great working with him. Mark took a typically stressful experience and made it as easy as possible. For a brief time, my husband's job had him working out of town. Mark said, "No problem, " and continued to show houses in person and via videos for my husband and me. He's very hardworking, always in constant communication, and really listens. After listening and getting a feel of what we were looking for in a home, Mark showed us homes he'd taken the time to search and check against our must have/deal breaker list as well as ones we'd ask to see. It wasn't about a commission with Mark. You could tell that he genuinely wanted you to be happy with the house you were about to call your home.
