Buyer reviewWe met Mark at an Open House 5 years ago. We had a certain house type we were interested in. Mark probably showed us over 20 different houses over the years. He would email us various homes when they came on the market. We FINALLY found the house we wanted and Mark negotiated us a great price and extras.. I think Mark's communication is excellent and he is very responsive to any communication.. I would recommend Mark to any buyer or seller.

We were looking for land up in Spearfish a few years later and he took the time to meet with us on ah holiday weekend. He had prepared a great list of properties based on our criteria and found us the perfect parcel. His communication and knowledge (local and overall) were tremendous and we would highly recommend working with Mark Kazmer.
