Mark Lisy Was absolutely outstanding, he went above and beyond the call of duty and exceeded our expectations to make sure every detail of our transaction was taken care of. We had known him for almost a year and met with him several times for our move from New York to Charlotte. We were very new to the area and he gave us in-depth information about the area; our search covered most of the Charlotte region as we all searched for the right high schools for our daughters. Along the way we stopped for lunch and making this transition fun as he put our concerns at ease. We must have easily seen 50 homes or more and thru it all he was patient and made sure we were making the right and best decision for our family. Once we had found a home, the transition legalities between the two states for closing differed tremendous in terms of timely closing etc, so we had some hurdles along the way and he made sure he liaised between my Loan Office, Attorneys and Sellers attorneys to bring this transaction to close. Once moved in he helped and arranged for a locksmith and a plumber to take care of additional updates and even scheduled the appointments with highly recommended service personnel.....WOW To be honest with all the up and downs moving long distance, I really believe this experience with so many highs and lows and set backs would not have happened if we did not have Mark by our side, and we are eternally grateful. He is not just our Realtor but now a dear friend to our family who will always be apart of our life's journey. Mark sold me my first house. I was a new buyer and did not know anything about real estate. He was extremely patient, even when I had to bring my dog along to the house hunt. When I had to sell that house, Mark made it easy and painless. He was patient even though it took almost two years for me to decide to seriously put it on the market. When it was finally on the Market, Mark was there every step of the way, from putting the sign up, to taking pictures, and he was there when I closed. I am very lucky Mark was available to help me.
