Mark and Paul were extremely helpful in working with us from a distance. We were provided video walk throughs of homes to prepare for our visit. We had only a weekend to view and select a home. They were on top of the market and helping us locate the right home. We were very lucky to have chosen the right team to help us in the purchase of our new home.

We can safely say that the reason we were able to achieve our dream of moving into a beautiful house in the redwoods is Mark Miller (and his partner Paul Brelin, too - they make a great team.) Mark attended to every detail of the complicated process of getting us a contract to buy our new house contingent on the sale of the old one; and a contract to sell the old house contingent on finding the replacement property; he helped us to get a record high price for our old house and a record low for the new house (which is in a more expensive area) and that's the only way we could afford it. My wife calls him a miracle maker. We always felt he was our best ally, looking out for our best interest. He was always available, prepared and analytical but also intuitive; very savvy in the process of negotiation with the other side. He never pushed us but energized us in the direction of the successful conclusion of the process. He helped with everything - from getting packing materials to decorating tips how to prepare the house for showing, to technical advice and recommending appropriate repairs and reputable tradespeople. We cannot think of a single critical comment or even an area where improvement could be helpful or possible! We have never dealt with an agent who would go out of his way to help to the extent Mark does. We feel we have made a friend and ally for life, and without a doubt, all our future real estate transactions will be entrusted to him.

Mark is an absolute pleasure to work with. He's timely, knows the area well and provides great insights. He's a great Realtor to have in your corner because it seemed as though many other Realtors not only knew who Mark was when looking at open houses but most of them also seemed happy knowing that Mark was the person who they'd be negotiating with in order to discuss making a deal.
