Mark worked tirelessly to prepare and promote the sale of the property, securing the listed sale price, then staying on point during the escrow process. A very satisfying result!

Buyer reviewMark Miller was fantastic! He obtained us as clients by default--our agent was helping us try to find a house for about 2 years and finally decided to hand us over to Mark. As it turns out, I would pick Mark as my agent in a heartbeat! He has a construction background which was very helpful. He pointed out a lot of details regarding homes' condition, etc., that we would have never thought about. He told us so many things to ask all the individual inspectors about and suggested additional inspections. As it turned out, those extra inspections were extremely important. Mark suggested good approaches to take during the negotiations when it was brutal as a buyer in a seller's market (for a very 'hot' house). After the sale was completed, Mark even bought us several moving boxes and packing material. I highly recommend Mark Miller. He is a highly skilled Realtor and a very nice guy to do business with.
