Mark is the best agent I know (and I know a lot of agents). I can talk about his in-depth knowledge of home construction, the fact that he is born and raised in the area he serves and has very detailed understanding of the pros and cons of every neighborhood therein, I could talk about his decades of experience as a top agent or his impressive knowledge of the numerous contracts we all sign our names to or his excellent negotiating skills. But I prefer to just say, "He is one of the nicest, honest and most giving human beings I have ever met and a great friend". Mark had found a buyer when our home was still in "Coming Soon" status. We never actually were in "For Sale" status. We went right to "Pending". We were very pleased by the excellent all cash quick close offer we received. Very pleased indeed. During escrow, we reached out to Mark in a panic when we suddenly needed to leave the state. We had no one to look after our kitty and chickens.
