Seller reviewMark Williams is truly an amazing realtor! He has his finger on the pulse of real estate in Greene County and uses all resources available to help sell homes. He made an accurate valuation of our property, listed our home in a timely manner, and enlisted the help of realtor colleague and professional photographer, Tylan Adams. Her photography was excellent, and, after talking to the buyers at closing, we believe it did almost as much to sell our house as Mark did!

He worked very hard to get our house sold, and it was not an easy house to sell due to age and condition. The advice he gave throughout the process was reasonable and sound. Mark went above and beyond the call of duty on several occasions to accomplish the sale of this historic home, including locating a 50+ year old electrical box cover which had been stolen. Amazing! Based on our experience with Mark, I would definitely recommend him as a broker.
