Seller reviewI feel that this sale was a bit challenging in that it was our parents' home & was an emotional time for all of us. Mark kept everyone in the loop in all matters & what might have been contentious went super smoothly. We were very impressed all around with Mark's expertise; I knew what to expect. Seller reviewMark Williams was great to work with. I was sacred buying my first home, and now selling my first home brought different fears. Mark was so patient with me. He did a great job thoroughly explaining the process to me. He was excellent in communication not only by text, but taking the time to call. I have no idea how he does it because I felt like his only client and I know that wasn't true. Many times I would have questions or not know what to do and his advice to answers were not only helpful, but comforting during the process of selling your home where so many memories have been built. I would recommend Mark Williams and definitely would use him again if I was in the area looking to purchase a home.
