Seller reviewMr. Williams sat down with my wife and I and we developed a plan. He kept us in the loop. We called about questions and was easy to talk to. He was always available for any information that my wife and I requested. We just dont know of anything we would have changed. On a one to ten he was indeed a TEN.

Seller reviewMark is a top notch professional that is very knowledgeable, and will help in any way he can to make the sale happen. I was remote (in Texas) and never had to jump on a plane to do anything. He was my teammate on the ground making things happen, getting contractors in, directing, yard crews, etc. I give Mark my highest recommendation. I barely had to lift a finger and the deal was done at full offer price. He is excellent.
