She is smart and when she says that you can get a certain price it is what she quotes or more in our case we got more but it was in the range she told us it would go for. She knows her stuff . I give her a A + or a 110% grade, she works hard and she does a fantastic job and a very very good person in general. I feel she should be awarded a golden award for her work she is awesome realtor and person. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy or sell there home cause she is the best!! Seller reviewMarla went above and beyond to assist me in understanding contracts and process. She even included my daughters in the process by communicating regularly and sending copies of all paperwork via email to them. Marla knew I was uncomfortable with having strangers in my house and stayed with me during the time the inspector was at my house so I wouldn't be alone.
