Marty was not only competent, but extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the complications we ran into. She was more than professional, she became a very trusted friend. She was able to give very well thought out advice that made a huge difference in not only the business end of the sale, but the personal side as well. She also handled the purchase of my new home and was no less influential there as well. I will use her again without hesitation if the need ever arrived. I can only say this about one other person in my life, my daughter, but Marty is a very respected and trusted friend now. There is only one problem with Marty, she was so knowledgeable and professional that I'm afraid I couldn't work with any other realtor. From day one to closing, she was way ahead of me and handled everything right down to the tiniest detail.

Her communication skills are very good, especially in explanation of complex local consideration. I trust her implicitly and have chosen her to continue as my agent in selling my Dike, Texas, properties. Marti is especially good at internet communication and advertising. Sends regular reports of regional interest in my property. Marti works very hard in the areas mentioned above. I can not think of a time or instance in which I have questioned Marti's judgment and actions. This is especially important because our pricing is a bit above the average. Patience is of vital concern both on her part and mine. Marti's assistant had performed yeoman service, adding to the chance of success.
