We have dealt with many realtors in the past and Martie is the best by far! Martie was always available whenever we needed her to show us properties. We looked at a lot of them and she never said I am busy or anything else. After spending a lot of time with her, she knew what we were looking for and went out and found it.

Martie Abercrombie works so hard for her clients! Twice she has helped us sell a house in less than 24 hours. She is highly esteemed in our community and has great relationships with all the communicating parties involved in buying and purchasing real estate. It is truly an honor to get to have her as our Realtor. Most recently, we were purchasing a home in the county that upon the survey was found to have an imaginary road encroaching on our house. The County technically owned this road that was never created and this plat dated back to the 1800s. So cool! We ended up having to have people sign a petition to the county to abandon this imaginary road, and then present our case to Commissioner's Court to have them abandon the road and sign over the land to the property owners. All this had to be done before we could close on our new home. I don't think anyone else could have handled this but Martie. She worked so hard, basically had to become a detective and county historian, and was so reassuring through the whole process. We are now happily in our home that she helped us buy and we are so grateful for her!
