Seller reviewI have dealt with other brokers in the past while looking for my new property to rent, and I can definitely say that Maryann is one of the best. She is very knowledgeable and strives to make the selling/buying experience to go smoothly for both sides. The buyer of my home did not have a good broker and I could definitely see that I had the best at the table. Maryann had all her paperwork collected prior to closing and was prepared. The buyer's broker was missing signatures, didn't verify their employment, left during closing to do his personal things. That was to me unacceptable. Maryann remained at the table and helped both sides. I was glad my neighbor had suggested Maryann to me. I would suggest her to all my friends in the future. Maryann made the experience excellent. always returned my calls and text messages quickly, even when she was not working:)(on vacation) Maryann helped me to make the experience of selling my home great.
