Matt was always accessible and immediate when responding to late night calls and texts to schedule showings. The nature of the market during our Spring "shopping" period was that houses in our price range and location were in extreme demand. This made it frustrating for as first-time home buyers since often there'd be accepted offers on houses as we walked through a home 24 or 48 hours after it being listed.
