Seller reviewAlready knowing that Matt is an expert in his field, choosing him as a realtor was an easy decision. Where he goes above and beyond is in the time and effort he puts into each client-not just each sale. Selling the house (and surrounding circumstances) was very stressful and he did all of the heavy lifting, coming up with innovative strategies I never would have thought of in order to draw buyers in. I knew I was in great hands and the sale was hardly on my mind throughout the (surprisingly quick) process. Can't thank him enough for his help and support!

His professionalism is outstanding in every part of the process, which really made selling and buying in this COVID influenced, quick-sell market invaluable. This was especially true for us given how hard it is to find a house when they are often sold after one day on the market. We were also extremely pleased with the help of his wife Danielle, which allowed us to see our new house on the first day it was back on the market, with Matt getting the proposed contract to the seller that same day.
