I've been selling real estate for over 13 years now and working with people is the best part of it.
I'm a top 10 producer for Century 21 Jordan-Link & Co. for the past 6 years. I've been active with the Tulare County Board of Realtors as a member of the Board of Directors for 2 years and I'm currently serving on the Grievance committee. I volunteer and support many local charities and participate every year in the Walk to End Alzheimer's.
I serve buyers in Tulare, Kings, Fresno and San Luis Obispo Counties. I've been with Century 21-Jordan-Link & Co. since I first received my license and I can't imagine working for any other real estate company!

                Seller reviewMatt was incredible to work with, both in buying and selling our house. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. When we bought our house a few years ago, it was our first home and we had no idea what we were doing, but Matt was there to guide us through it and helped us get a great deal on the house. When selling our house this year, he tried very hard to make the process as smooth and stress-free for us as possible while we navigated a very complicated move to a new state. He really understands the local market and guided us every step of the way to ensure we got the best sale possible. We could not recommend Matt enough. He is someone you can trust to always have your best interest in mind.

                Buyer reviewOur purchase was from a probate(estate) sale. There were a ton of hurdles, Matt was on top and ahead ahead of anything that may arise. He was super responsive usually within a few minutes. He was an astute professional the whole way and put a ton of pressure on the sellers about timelines and the closing date. He was also super fast about second checking work done on the house as required by the bank from the sellers. He is still In touch with us making sure we are absolutely happy with our home. Matt is awesome, he will be my agent in the future as we plan to buy a second home.
