Seller reviewPhenomenal service with an exceptional outcome! I can't praise Maureen Yetman and her staff enough. Maureen Yetman knew her territory, market, and comps. very well. Maureen was very realistic on what the expectations would be and the approximate timeframe from list to close. Maureen's analysis of the market was on point, and I actually closed higher than asking price. I couldn't have done it without her. Maureen and her staff made the process of selling as easy as possible for me and my daughter after the untimely passing of my husband. It was an emotional time, but I knew I was in good hands. She guided me though every step and kept every promise that she made. I can't recommend Maureen Yetman enough. She protected my interests and at the same time, delivered a fabulous home in the perfect neighborhood that will be enjoyed by the new owner and her family for decades to come. I am truly grateful to have had the opportunity to have Maureen Yetman represent me.
