Born and raised in Aurora, I know the Fox Valley market and its trends well. My career began in 1996 as a mortgage banker, where I was consistently a top producer. In 2010 I left the industry to start buying, flipping and reselling homes. Here I learned how to optimize a house to sell at its maximum potential, and I also learned how a house works. In the end, we got a great house that needs minimal work, this is great because we were originally expecting that we would have a fixer to work on, and has pretty much everything we want in it. Mauro listened to us about what we wanted and what we would accept. In the future when we decide to move on in life and sell this house Mauro will be our first call.
