She responded very quickly to all my emails and got answers to important questions I didn't think to ask. I would highly recommend her and her team, they are all great to work with.

Buyer reviewWe know Megan personally and know her reputation as a hard working real estate agent, so when it was time to start looking for a house we did not hesitate in contacting Megan and we were confident she would work hard for us. She did not disappoint. She sent us many listings of homes we might be interested in and spent lots of time researching our targeted areas for homes in our price range and style. Her patience with us as we looked at many, many homes, until we found "the " house, was limitless. When we found the house we wanted, and we were ready to make an offer, Megan took us step by step through the entire process, from writing the offer to closing. No guessing, no uncertainty, we knew what to expect and what was expected every step the of the way. Megan was fun, professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with...we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to begin the home buying or selling process.

Buyer reviewWhen I first began thinking about buying my first home over a year ago, my dad recommended I meet with his realtor, Megan Hill Mitchum, at Century 21. I was hesitant at first because my dad buys and sells properties often and I was a "first time buyer". Any concern I may have had completely vanished after meeting with Megan. She offered advice, wasn't pushy, and helped me narrow down my property search criteria after listening to my needs and wants. Over the past year she showed me multiple properties from her home search that I expressed interest in. She offered me sound advice and I felt like she had my best interest at heart. When I made my offer on my now house, Megan was quick, attentive, and ahead of the game every step of the way through the buying process! I was anxious as a first time buyer but she made the process open and headache free! I cannot thank her enough for such a positive home buying experience!

Her knowledge in the Des Moines Metro area and understanding of my timeline was extremely helpful. I was very happy working with Megan. I learned a valuable lesson. Always listen to your realtor. I had an issue with an out of state mortgage company. Megan had suggested I use locally, but I was bullheaded. LISTEN TO YOUR REALTOR. Megan was extremely helpful contacting the mortgage broker and helping me all the way through closing. Personally, I do not believe you will find a more genuine, personable and dedicated realtor than Megan. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
