Seller reviewMegan Hill Mitchum and her colleague Tom Steddom-Custer were life changing for our family. They were knowledgeable, ambitious, compassionate and highly effective. They suggested a reasonable price to market our home, laid out and expedited a plan and completed the sale with attention to detail to the satisfaction of our buyer's as well as ourselves. We had many bumps in the road to sell this house and Megan and Tom's experience, compassion, and support helped us finally complete the sale. I cannot think of a better group to work with.

Buyer reviewMegan asked great questions on our intial phone conversation regarding our expectations and then addressed how she would help us with the process of purchasing a home. Megan responded quickly when we called to schedule showings. She arrived promptly to our meetings and and gave us good insight on the homes we were viewing. When we put in an initial offer and then backed out after a counter offer she was so supportive of our decision. When we found the home that met our requirements Megan gave us sound advice on how much to offer and then we had great communication with the closing of the purchase. We would highly recommend Megan Hill Mitchum for your real estate needs.
