I could write an entire novel about how Melanie handled our transaction. On several occasions I described her as "a force of nature". She was on top of every single aspect of our purchase. She was proactive, perfectly professional and incredibly organized. We were first-time home buyers and we absolutely felt that we had a true champion in our corner throughout the entire process. She kept us constantly up-to-date on every step and kept on top of the lenders, inspectors, title company etc, to make sure our transaction went as smoothly as possible.
