I was impressed with Melissa's knowledge of home construction/maintenance, she was able to quickly identify potential problems and point them out to me. Then, in most cases, was able to tell me if it was a big problem or a little problem offer possible solutions. I felt that I could trust her advice and that she was working to represent my interests.

Buyer reviewThe best part of us buying our first home besides the excitement of getting our keys at closing, was working with Melissa. She was fantastic. She was always honest with us about which homes have been taken care of, had foundation issues, would hold its value, etc. We knew we could trust her input. She was so approachable and would respond to our texts and emails at all hours of the day (and sometimes night). When it comes time to move onto another house years down the road, we will definently select Melissa as our realator again!
