Buyer reviewI sold 1 house and purchased 2 homes with mr Hines. He went above and beyond for me. I was in another state when he was selling my house, there was a big issue with Bee's. He found a person and worked with him to resolve the problem. I would recommend him to be their agent because I felt that I could trust him completely. He helped me with house inspections,pest control, and with closing. I needed to close fast because of a situation I was in. He worked very hard finding homes for me and gave me lots of information that helped me.

Seller reviewMichael Hines has listed several homes in our small park so I know he knows our community. I only lived there five years when my health caused me to sell. I never met Mike in person but was on the phone with him frequently. Several families in our park used him so I asked for referalls. I trusted him from hearing from others. I did not list my home at an easy time to sell so I didn't expect it to sell until fall and once the fall arrived it sold and I feel I got a great price for it. I would recomend Mile to others.He is one of the good guys.
