Seller reviewThis was a difficult transaction because of problems with getting a clear title on this property. Michael was very instrumental in getting a title company to get this cleared up. Also, this property was in a state of disrepair and Michael accepted the listing when other realtors might not have. That was and is greatly appreciated. Michael always answered his phone or called back quickly.
